There can be self-judgements about how we're coping, thinking we should be doing better. There can be paralysis about how to find the coping and support that will feel useful. Many people are left feeling like, "New year, same grief. What now?".

There is no guidebook or easy answers, but there are some things that can help. To help you move into this year in a way that can feel the best that it can in your grief, this free webinar will help you consider how you will connect with and cope with your grief in the coming year. We'll offer some concrete tools and a workbook for self-reflection and planning.
